Chips under sauce and chicken is bad idea was disgusting. Pasta with prawns was ok i like it. 3/6 knives on the table was dirty. Jug with water also need better clean.

Had a wonderful meal here tonight. There's a wonderful choice on the menu, especially for vegetarians. There's plenty of tables inside and out. The waitress and Waitress were really helpful and felt like we were a real priority. Our food was absolutely delicious and was really well cooked.

Average food and atmosphere, slightly bettered by the service. As with most chain restaurants, everything is usually around average, with general appeal to most customers, but no real difference to its competition. In the middle of the restaurants in the top floor of Liverpool One shopping centre, this place is great to eat outside on a warm day, where the terrace probably has around 50 seats. Great views across Chavasse Park and out to Albert Dock. The bill was just over £240 for 6 adults and 2 children. There was a 3 course Mother's Day menu (see menu photo) that was £23.95 each, but I think only one or two ordered off this menu. 4 of adults had 2 alcoholic drinks each, so with a starter and a main course each, it was £30 per head, which is about average for a typical chain restaurant.

Great customer service, starters were fab. The pizza was way to spicy and just greasy not much flavour. My tiramisu was lovely. The bar tender wasn't happy how many managers they employed there over time. Doesn't seem very professional to discuss this around customers.

Waited 30 minutes to order a drink. Food was mediocre. The waitress that served us wasn’t welcoming or polite and rather unpleasant. Slammed plates down in front of us that hard they could’ve cracked. Rather unprofessional as I and one of my friends ordered alcohol (we’re both 19 years of age) however were dining with 2 people clearly underage and didn’t ask to check our ID. We understand the importance of this as we work in hospitality ourselves and are aware of the basic requirements and standards of a restaurant.

My daughter and I visited this lovely Italian Restaurant last night . Visiting Liverpool for the day as a Birthday treat for my Daughter . We had a very warm welcome ,Mocktails were so tasty , and our food was served in a timely manner . Freshly cooked , delicious . Staff very attentive , and did not feel rushed . Lovely ambience , and will definitely visit again .

i really enjoyed my food, and the service was amazing… i couldn’t seem to find the man’s name but he was one of the best waiters i’ve come across. Thank you for the service, i really enjoyed it and so did my friends😁

We had the most outstanding service on our visit to Zizzi’s today. The server was so patient and attentive, especially as we had quite a rowdy group of kids. Hats off to Paige, who looked after us so well, and all the other staff who helped us today.
